The process at a glance
Every project, from a single brand film to a year-long retainer, moves through the same stages. The details change with the brief; the order does not. The same director, producer and editors stay with you from the first call to the final file, so decisions made in planning are still understood in the edit.

Brief and scoped plan
It starts with a conversation about outcomes rather than equipment. What must the work do, who is it for, where will they see it, and what does success look like? A written brief helps enormously, and our guide on how to write a video brief shows what to include. We reply within one business day, then return a scoped plan: the concept, the number of shoot days, the crew, the locations and a list of every asset you will receive, with a quote against it.
Pre-production
This is where most of the quality is decided. We write the treatment, build the shot list, cast talent, secure locations and permits, and plan wardrobe, props and styling. For shoots away from our base, we arrange travel and local support. We also plan every format up front, from the widescreen film to vertical cut-downs and stills, because it costs far less to shoot for them now than to return later. Our pre-production checklist lists what we lock before anyone arrives on set.
The shoot
On the day, the plan does the heavy lifting. The director works to a schedule built around light, talent and locations, and the producer keeps it on time. Because the shot list covers every output, one well-planned shoot day can become a month of content. Products can also be shipped to our studio in Punjab for controlled product and campaign work.
Edit, review and delivery
Editing, colour grading, sound design and music licensing happen in-house. You see cuts on one review link and comment directly on the frame, so feedback from several people arrives in one place rather than across email threads. Final files are delivered in every agreed format, with usage rights and talent releases handled.
Most shoots move from brief to first edits in about two to three weeks. Larger productions take longer.
How retainers run
On a monthly retainer the same stages repeat on a rhythm. Planning for next month overlaps with editing this month, shoots happen on agreed dates, and you receive content on a fixed monthly delivery calendar. It suits brands that publish constantly and want one team that knows their look.
