What we produce, and for whom
A video podcast is a long conversation filmed well enough that people choose to watch it, and edited so that its best moments reach people who never will. For a brand or a founder, it is one of the few formats that builds real familiarity: listeners spend time with you, hear how you think and come to trust your judgement.
We produce video podcasts for companies and leaders who want that familiarity without looking amateur. Clients include founders building a public voice, brands with expertise worth sharing, and B2B companies whose buyers value depth. If the podcast is part of a wider founder programme, see our founder content service.
How we approach it
Format before equipment
We start with the programme itself: who it is for, what each episode promises, how long it runs, whether it has guests, and what a listener should come back for. A clear format makes every episode easier to plan and every clip easier to find.
A set that says something
The room is part of the brand. We design sets with depth, texture and considered practical light, so the background looks intentional rather than improvised. The set can be built in your office, in a hired space or on location, and we document it so it can be rebuilt identically for every recording.
Sound first
Viewers forgive a slightly soft picture. They do not forgive bad sound. Each voice is recorded on its own microphone and track, room noise is controlled, and everything is mixed and levelled so the conversation is comfortable to listen to for an hour.
Several cameras, directed
We film with a wide shot and a close angle for each person, framed so each works vertically as well as horizontally. That gives the editor natural cuts between speakers and clips that are ready for Reels and Shorts without awkward cropping.
From recording to release
- 01Plan
Guest, topic and outline agreed, with questions prepared and research shared.
- 02Record
Set lit, sound checked, conversation filmed on several cameras.
- 03Edit the episode
Full episode cut for pace, with sound mixed and colour graded.
- 04Cut the clips
The strongest moments edited as vertical and landscape clips with captions.
- 05Deliver
Episode, audio-only file, clips, thumbnails and titles, on one review link.
We often record several episodes in one session. It keeps the set, crew and host in rhythm and gives you a buffer of episodes ready for release.

Finding the clips worth sharing
Most of a podcast's reach comes from short clips, and most clips fail because they start in the middle of a thought. Our editors look for moments that stand on their own: a clear opinion, a surprising story, a disagreement, a line that makes sense without context. Each clip gets a strong first line, captions styled in your typeface and framing that keeps the speaker comfortably in the vertical frame.
We share a shortlist of candidate moments with timecodes before cutting, so the host can veto anything they would rather keep inside the full episode.
Thumbnails and titles get the same care. We photograph the host and guests on set for thumbnail use, so the image that sells each episode matches the look of the programme rather than a blurred frame pulled from the video.
What drives the budget
The number of episodes and how many are recorded per session, whether the set is built once or moves, the number of cameras and people on the programme, the depth of editing on the full episode, and how many clips you want from each. A regular release rhythm usually works best on a monthly retainer, which also gives you a fixed delivery calendar.
How to brief us
Tell us who the podcast is for, who will host, what you want listeners to think of you after a season, and how often you want to release. Share programmes you admire and say what you admire: the pace, the set, the editing, the host. For a founder-led show, our guide to founder-led content is a useful starting point. Podcasts are especially effective for B2B technology companies, whose buyers research deeply before they talk to anyone.
