What launch production covers
A launch is the one moment when attention is easiest to win and hardest to recover if you miss it. It needs more than a single video. It needs teasers that build interest, a hero film that explains the product, photography for press and retail, short-form for social, ad creative for paid media, and all of it consistent and ready on time.
We produce launch campaigns for premium brands introducing a new product, collection, property, menu or company. Our clients are marketing directors and founders who need a single team to own the whole visual side of the launch, so their own people can focus on the rest.
How we approach a launch
Work back from launch day
The launch date is fixed; everything else moves around it. We map every asset you need, when it must be ready, and which approvals sit in between, then plan production so nothing is squeezed at the end. Press embargoes, retail deadlines and paid media lead times are built into the plan.
One idea, many expressions
Every launch needs a single creative idea strong enough to carry the teaser, the film, the stills and the ads. We develop it first, then design the shoot so each asset is a different expression of that idea rather than a separate piece of work. Consistency is what makes a launch feel important.
Shoot once, deliver everything
We plan the shoot to capture every asset in one production wherever possible: hero film scenes, cut-down moments, vertical frames, photography and behind-the-scenes. It is more efficient and it guarantees the campaign matches.
A launch production schedule
Larger or international launches start earlier. Start as soon as the date is known.
The earlier we start, the more choice you have over talent, locations and ideas. We produce first edits within about two to three weeks of a typical shoot, which leaves room for approvals before the launch window.
What a launch campaign includes
Before launch
- Teaser films and stills
- Countdown and waitlist creative
- Press and partner previews
Launch day
- Hero film
- Campaign photography
- Product page video and images
- Social posts and Stories
After launch
- Ad creative and variations
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Creator and founder pieces
We confirm the list with you at the brief, and plan the shoot to cover all of it.
Every asset is delivered in the ratios and lengths its channel needs, with talent and music cleared for the media and markets in your plan. Product-specific assets draw on our product videography and brand film work.
Managing approvals under a deadline
Launches often stall on sign-off rather than production. Several people need to approve, product details change late, and legal wants to check claims. We agree at the brief who approves what, and in what order, and we build review rounds into the schedule. All feedback comes through one review link, so comments from brand, product and legal sit on the same frames and conflicting notes are resolved once, not three times.
We also keep a clear version history, so if a product name or claim changes a week before launch, every affected asset can be updated quickly and nothing outdated goes live.
What drives the budget
The number of assets and channels, the scale of the hero film, the talent and locations the idea requires, whether the shoot travels, how many markets the launch runs in (which affects usage rights and sometimes language versions), and how compressed the timeline is. A short runway costs more because there is less room to plan. We quote against a written asset map, so you can see exactly what each part of the budget pays for.
How to brief us
Send us the launch date, what is launching and why it matters, who it is for, the channels and markets, and the assets you think you need. Include your fixed dates: press, retail, events. If you have a budget range, share it; it lets us propose the strongest campaign for the money. Our guide to writing a video brief gives a useful structure, and the pre-production checklist shows what we will lock before the shoot.
We run launches for brands across India, the UK, the US and the UAE, with our core crew travelling to shoot on location. Launch work is frequent for luxury real estate developments, new hotels, fashion collections and automotive models, where one date carries most of the year's attention.
